We ordered one Burger Steak with medium fries and a regular Coke, one Chickenjoy with spaghetti and Sprite, one solo Chickenjoy, and one Peach Mango Pie with a Coke Float. However, when we were ready to eat, we were surprised to find that our order was incomplete—the solo Chickenjoy was missing. We hope that next time, the server carefully checks the completeness of each order to prevent incidents like this. Not all customers have the opportunity to inspect their food right away, especially those using the drive-thru, like us, who are often in a hurry and just stopping by to grab a quick meal.
What’s more concerning is that, based on the reviews I’ve read about this particular store, this issue appears to be recurring. There are numerous reports of similar experiences involving missing food items. This indicates that the problem has yet to be properly addressed and resolved. It also suggests that there may be no effective Root Cause Analysis (RCA) being conducted to identify the underlying issues and implement lasting solutions.
Correcting this issue is important not only for improving customer satisfaction but also for maintaining the store’s reputation and operational efficiency. Repeated service lapses can erode customer trust and lead to long-term damage to the brand. Our table was left soaking like it had just survived a typhoon—staff said they'd be back but vanished like Chickenjoy during a promo. We asked for thigh part chicken (the best part, obviously), and they said not available. But guess what? It was available on Grab minutes later. Plot twist? 🕵️♀️
The chicken was dry like it went for a second dip in the fryer, and the rice? Soft and watery like it just woke up from a nap.
Still love you, Jollibee—but this branch needs a little more joy and a lot less...
Read moreDuring my visit to a fast food restaurant, I observed a concerning display of unprofessional behavior from the manager. A manager’s role is to foster a positive work environment, ensure the restaurant operates smoothly, and maintain cleanliness and organization. However, in this instance, the manager was not only rude but also unfairly blamed a staff member for another person’s mistake. From my vantage point, it was clear the manager did not acknowledge his own responsibility in the situation. Given that managers are entrusted with leadership, such actions raise serious concerns about his judgment. It’s important to remember that unprofessional behavior, especially in front of customers, can negatively impact their dining experience and diminish the restaurant's...
