Jollibee — Restaurant in Angeles

Moral Lesson: READ REVIEWS! I booked my daughter’s birthday party here as she really loves jollibee unfortunately it was really not a happy birthday party after all… :(

TIME Wasted- our booking was from 3-5pm, its already 2:50pm and still the guests from the 12-2pm party were still there eating chitchatting! the venue was still totally messy! I went down to check if what time they will set up and clean as most of our visitors were already there but no place to stay thats the only time the crew went upstairs. 3:30pm still not finished setting up as they only have one crew doing all the work I went down again and looked for the Party Manager we started almost 4pm

FOOD Wasted / Unprofessional Crew or Lack of Manpower - I was asked to check the food outside and the crew counted, it was time consuming as well when they served the food as only one crew was serving + the host for (80 adults + 40kids). the excess food was put to the corner as there were still some visitors to come and thats ok. I ordered super meal chicken joy spag burger steak + sundae + pineapple juice for adults and cj spag fries + sundae + pineapple juice for kids, they served the cj first and before serving the spaghetti and burgersteak the visitors were already full with the cj not knowing theres more I suggest that they should served the full menu at the same time. the one that was NOT OK was the Sundae it was served like soup melted! one big tray was left also at the corner by the crew not thinking it was melting and unable to be consumed if hidden there! One big tray of Large Pineapple Juice was also left by the crew outside near the rest room without informing me at all! I was only told by some of the visitors!

no Jollibee birthday gift - we were only advised after the party when I settling the bill that its out stock and they will just call us when its available hopefully they will really call because when we booked the party we were advised they will call to confirm some of my queries but nothing. invitations were also not given in advance unless when i visited again the store 4 days before the party when i asked for them. its good i had a video invitation customized by a third party supplier which sent in advance to visitors

We were PUSHED Outside of the Venue - as the party started late expected that we will not really finsihed on the 5pm time, the games were less, obviously the host tried to rush the party (commending her thou despite of you feel tiredness in her voice still she tried excuting it gracely) and worst was after serving food we were asked to continue eating downstairs as they have to set up the 6pm party!!!! without giving us enough time to chew and digest our food!

Jollibee Mascot saved the Day!- I was totally disappointed but tried to be calm, when u really see Jollibee u feel happy and young again. the mood was brightened when Jollibee went out all the kids including adults were gigling!

My mistake was I didnt read the reviews for this CutCut branch as this is the closest with parking area from our place and with less time for us OFW parents to look physically for venues. hopefully the branch will take time to read this as well to improve their service and to make our birthday parties memorable in a good way instead...

Ordered 2 Champ Meals and 1 8pcs chicken bucket. Waited more than 20 minutes in this "fast food" to get my order and there wasn't even that much people. I ordered large fries but it was only half filled. I would've ordered a regular size of fries and the amount would've been the same. Go ** yourself. Same goes for the gravy they gave us: not even half of the cup even though the cups were big. Your drink cups suck, they always open and are not closed tightly. It spilled everywhere in the car. That cardboard thing that you give us isn't stable and if it spills, it spills on the ground. Just put them in a special plastic bag like McDonalds, don't be such greedy cucks. I requested chicken thighs and breasts, guy told me they didn't have thighs anymore (that's great for a fast food) and only had breasts. Told them to give me chicken breasts then. Got the order, arrived home to see that we got 5 f** legs and only 3 chicken breasts. You can suck my jolliballs you idiotic dunces. I waited 20 minutes for this sh**? Jollibee was way better when their food actually tasted good and not like greedy corporate low quality not so fast and sh** tasting food. I hope you do something about your management and customer service cause you really suck being a fast food branch. Your employees are just strutting around and being dumb and miss manager lady was the worst at being slow and laid back. Best thing is, I bet you won't reply or do anything cause all you care about is scrubbing our money on your buttcheeks cause your PR is non-existant. You aren't even on Tripadvisor or anything cause you don't care about your customers. TLDR; go...

Ordered food for take out and felt frustrated after almost 20 mins waiting for my order. I had kuya come and followed up and surprised its just when its being followed up when they prepared my order. Got pissed receiving it like my order was just squished in one paperbag, came to look for fries and was told its inside. My chicken mean was inside on slanting position, and my fries was all the way at the button? I treat my food very special at least value the...
