We had a great dining experience at Myeong Ryun Jinsa Galbi in Angeles! The place is clean, spacious, and has a modern, aesthetic vibe that feels more upscale compared to the usual Korean BBQ spots. It’s definitely one of the fanciest K-BBQ places we’ve tried.
What really impressed us was the buffet selection—aside from the meats, there’s a wide variety of food including fried chicken, spicy Korean chicken, japchae, tteokbokki, Shanghai rolls, gimmari, fries, soup, and fried rice. It’s a self-service setup, and they encourage you to grab only what you can consume, which we appreciate.
The meats are stored in an open chiller, making it easy and efficient to get what you want without waiting for servers to refill trays. The quality of the meat is excellent, and being able to grab it yourself is a huge plus compared to the usual slow refills in other K-BBQ spots. The side dishes are also self-serve, which keeps everything flowing smoothly.
A major highlight for us is that they use charcoal grills, which really gives that authentic barbecue flavour—something we truly enjoyed!
There’s plenty of parking, and overall, the value and quality are well worth it.
The only reason we’re giving 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the slow setup during peak times. When a number of customers arrive all at once, the staff can seem overwhelmed. We experienced delays in getting our grill set up, and it also took quite a while to get our charcoal changed after requesting.
Still, the overall experience was fantastic. We’re really happy with everything else and will definitely be...
Read moreI think it's a place I can go back to. There's a buffet of fried chicken, chapjae, fries, kimchi, fried rice and whatnots. Then there's the fresh meat slices you are free to help yourself with and grill on your table. I would say I appreciate the ready cooked dishes more versus the raw meat. The chapjae, fried rice and chicken were good. For 599/pax I would say this is reasonably priced and if you are not a meat eater, at least there's a buffet of other kinds of food you can enjoy. We came around 5pm so it was not so crowded. By dinner time, the place...
Read moreI discovered this samgyupsal restaurant last year, and it quickly became my favorite. The price is ₱599 per head, which includes an unlimited dining experience for 1 hour and 40 minutes. The food is absolutely delicious—my personal favorites are the garlic chicken, enoki roll meat, and japchae.
The restaurant is spacious, making it ideal for large groups, and the ambiance is comfortable for dining. The staff is also very accommodating, providing fast and efficient service. Overall, I’d rate this place a solid 10/10! Highly recommended for...
