It was 3am when we decided to just get take out instead of dining in. The crew were bunched up near the counter with their MOD, understandable as there were no customers or orders. we gave our orders and the counter person advised 12 minute wait for the burgers, fine we said and happily waited. 12 min went by, fine we said as we were the only customers there, then one delivery rider came in took his orders and left, then another and a third, by this time we were already waiting 25 min. When asked what happened to the 12 min, they replied: just one more item that is still being done. So we started to complain, and even said that we might opt for a refund if they cannot complete our order which is now more than 30 min in the making. Her response, "ok, you can do that" without a hint of empathy or even an apologetic tone. The MOD was nowhere in sight who could have taken control of the situation but no. Plus I overheard the crew asking the manager "hindi ba bawal yan", kudos to the manger who answered "pag legal hindi bawal, ang bawal pag illegal." It made me feel uncomfortable hearing such remarks from a naive crew. Plus I also overheard the crew who took my order making side comments/complaints that she was about to log-out from work and so she was reluctant to be the one encoding the vouchers that I printed and presented to them. Kinda disappointing to hear such a negative attitude towards work from immature employees especially during this pandemic where work is a tremendously scarce resource. First i was asking for some water instead she look away and try to speak to the grab drivers even its not about there orders but just keep having a conversation with a face mask down on her chin not wearing properly, i ask her the 2nd time and she said wait. but never give a water.. and just keep talking to all grab drivers not even arranging there orders but keep having a "flirt" talk , i know its non of my bussiness but she treated us a she not seen us or hear us. i hope you will do something about...
