Sumpan Noodles and Dimsum Bar — Restaurant in Angeles

Location ⭐⭐⭐ strategic location can easily locate Sumpan because its located right next to the mainroad. Parking ⭐⭐⭐ good thing they can accommodate decent amount of customer with cars and motorcycle Restaurant ⭐⭐⭐⭐ you can choose if you want the outdoor feels or you want to dine inside their aircondition area Service ⭐⭐⭐ service is just OK but it will be great of the folks there will be more warm and accommodating Food ⭐⭐ if i will compare how I know the taste way back during my chilshood i would probably give them 1 star. I gave them 2 because atleast they try to strive and make it happen. Also considered the price. I just felt that its too pricey considering the taste and quality. The meat in my noodles is too gummy and the meat inside the dumplings are kinda grainy idk why probably old...

You might be confused as they have 4 known locations, 2 of which closed down (including the original spot) before and after the pandemic. It is still easy to find though.

Hargao (or Hakaw in local tounge) always had raw rice flour, and the shrimp is bits of pieces. The decorative napa cabbage leaves have blemishes and bug holes.

Beef Brisket (or Braised Beef) is really tough any time of the day or any point in the year. It is just like chewing gum as others have said in the reviews.

I've had these thrice over 8 years so fair to say that I gave it chance.

Their fried rice, wanton noodle and beef noodles are their best dishes in my opinion, I recommend that...

The place needs a little bit of make-over. When we entered the the restaurant it felt a little gloomy. It looked clean though. The Chicken Feet were my favorite, it was so tender. But sadly for the Hakaw we ordered, it was not fresh. The Sumpan Siomai is tasty. The Spare Ribs Rice was also good but serving size was too small...
