Incident happened today upon entering the premises i ask the waiter for a menu then told me at the cashier when i go at the cashier counter i ask for the menu then give it to me checking the meals i ordered dinuguan with rice price @ 175 but then charge me to 255 i did then asked why 255 they said it just last night they had change but didnt notify me before making my payment so right after payment i dispute and ask to just change my order and get a refund but they didnt accept it thou want me to just get other item so i did i ordered siomai rice with egg @ 120 then lomi for take out @ 150 upon serving my siomai with rice i keep on waiting for the fried egg then i asked the waiter refollow up the egg since it is already around 3-4mins the egg isnt serve then the kitchen staff ask me where is my receipt told him it is a change item didnt the cashier coordinate it with the kitchen staff
Problem here is menu is not updated 2.cashier is lack of customer service that upon ordering or making payment no advice or information about the price change, lack of assistance for asking the refund for the excess payment on changing the item 3.cashier coordination to the kitchen staff 4.staff dont have any care with the customers (when try to ask for the menu the waiter just said can get it to cashier)
Hope that could atleast teach staffs to be more good on...
Read moreI am amazed and proud of the Filipino devotion to their pursuits: on purchasing 2 bilaos of noodles, one bihon and one pansit luglug, on top were notes on the proper handling and serving of the said noodle dishes, something I've seen only overseas so far (pardon me if this is already a universal practice in the Philippines, I have yet to go out more). There is a need for consistency, as my bilao of spaghetti did not carry a note.
Felt the cusine falls a bit short on the taste: there's a distinct flavor to luglug that I can't find in their cooking (no, it's not tinapa), the bringhe also lacks flavor, can't even taste the chicken it's like eating green colored rice, the ale is like eating mashed kamote sweetened and color purple, the leche flan texture is gel-lish as in egg whites stirred in...
I've already had several visits, and I can say it's still one of the better tasting food...

While parking can be difficult, the service and quality of food is worth it. During my visit, I was able to have the Longsilog, Pancit Palabok, and tamales.
Longsilog - consists of garlic fried rice, fried egg, longanisa (Philippine Chorizo). Susie's was able to take all the great parts of my grandmother's cooking and put it on a plate! Definitely would have again
Palabok - not too soupy, not too salty, plenty of boiled eggs. I would love to have this catered at a party if possible.
Tamales - a sweet version of a Mexican classic, the tamales were different at first (sweetness, texture), but after a couple of bites, I was in love.
In short, I'll need to come back to Susie's during my next visit to the Philippines. For my first time there, they've made an impression and a customer for...
