My fiancé and I finally decided to dine here out of curiosity (and hunger) after our friends had raved about the restaurant. We've seen and passed by this resto along McArthur Highway many times, but we never bothered to dine here because we mistakenly thought it was an all-you-can-eat buffet, and we generally avoid them since neither of us are big eaters. Now, let me break down my review. Atmosphere - The restaurant offers both alfresco and indoor dining. We chose to sit indoors, as the staff was already closing or tidying up the outdoor area when we arrived around 10 PM. The interior has a classy and cozy vibe. It gives off a romantic feel, largely due to the lighting, which was neither too brightly lit nor too dim—it was, in a word, just the right brightness. Service - it was excellent from start to finish. We were warmly accommodated by Sir Edgar, and our order was promptly taken by Sir Dan. Our orders arrived quickly, allowing us just the right amount of time for conversation. Our server, Ms. Vee/Vi (I apologize for the unsure spelling!), was attentive, checking in to ensure we were comfortable and satisfied with our meal. Naturally, I complimented how delicious the food was and asked her to relay our delight and satisfaction to the chef. We were delightfully surprised when, at the end of our meal, we were presented with a complimentary dessert: their Churros. Food - I've been on a strict regimen of calorie counting, clean eating, and whole foods since last week, but I decided to loosen up just for tonight's dinner. And what a spectacular indulgence it was! We ordered a the following: the Spiced Pumpkin and Carrot Soup, the rich Beef Lasagna, the hearty Double Smashed Angus Beef Burger, the decadent Crackling Pork Belly, and, of course, the complimentary Churros. I kid you not, every single one of these dishes was worth the calories. I may have easily exceeded my 1,200-calorie allowance in a single seating, but boy, oh boy, was it worth every bite! Spiced Pumpkin and Carrot Soup - it was creamy, warm, and savory all at once. This soup felt like a warm hug in a bowl, if you know what I mean. The garlic bread was the perfect side to simot the bowl till the last drop. Beef Lasagna - rich, savory, and perfectly tangy. You can really tell the sauce was made from scratch using fresh, raw ingredients. It wasn’t oily either — just pure, hearty goodness in every bite. Double Smashed Angus Beef Burger - the fries were crispy but not oily, and the beef patties lived up to their name — you can really taste the quality of the Angus beef. The cucumber tasted fresh, almost like it was home-picked, and the bun held up perfectly without getting soggy. Crackling Pork Belly - the skin was spectacularly crispy. They managed to achieve a lechon-level crackle—while the meat remained incredibly soft, tender, and juicy. I truly admire how the kitchen managed to achieve both perfect textures without compromising either one. The accompanying sawsawan sauce was a major hit. While I couldn't pinpoint every ingredient, I was certain it had the essential balance: the sourness of vinegar, a hint of sugar, lots of minced garlic (bawang), and a touch of cilantro. Churros - honestly, we've never been fans of churros; they're usually too dry, overly sweet, too oily, and matigas. However, their complimentary serving was absolutely delicious! It complemented with the white chocolate sauce and the chocolate sauce that came with it. Overall, this resto just made it to our top-tier go-to list. We’re already planning our next visit — and this time, it’s gonna be a barkada or...

The churrascaria experience was on point—servers came around with a great selection of meats carved tableside. The beef and ribs were incredibly juicy and flavorful, easily our top picks. The chicken was well-seasoned and tender too. Sausages were alright, but definitely not the highlight.
What made it even better was the value—the buffet included one cocktail, and we got a second one at 50% off, which was super sulit! Perfect for a romantic night out. Great food, great vibe, and excellent service all around. Highly recommended for couples and meat...
