I really wanted to give this place 5 stars but I just can't. The burgers are really good. The buns they use are outstanding. The fries are just okay. The prices are acceptable. Unfortunately the experience was diminished because of their very limited drink selection and because they actually insisted on charging extra for mayo to put on my fries. Really, they charge extra for a condiment. Would it be so difficult to offer a diet soft drink in their combo meal? The only choices in the combo meal were a very small bottle of regular Pepsi or a small bottle of water, which is what I got because I can't have drinks with sugar. They offered me a diet drink as an ala carte item, but not as a substitute in the combo. They didn't even offer an upgrade charge to exchange it. I had to get it as an extra drink if I wanted it. I didn't want 2 drinks. It seems like a really lame business practice. As a foreigner from the USA, finding “Quality” burger places in the Philippines can be challenging. I can honestly say this is by far the best burger experience I have had in the Philippines(Bacolod). Cooked to perfection with fresh bread rolls. Pictured is the “Califa” double, with bacon, lettuce, sautéed onions, pickles, cheese & mustard. Does come with a sauce, but I prefer without to truly taste & enjoy the delicious hamburger! Also includes fries & drink combo for 400 pesos. Well worth it IMO. Try it...
