Great food!
We tried: Rice Pilaf- the mango toppings brought back memories from my childhood when we would ate rice with mango as our viand.
Grilled tanigue in lemon butter sauce- This one came with rice. The texture of the fish was amazing! The sauce was quite under-seasoned though but still good nonetheless
Smoked Barracuda - This was the bomb! It was the best fish meal I've ever had in my life! I'd recommend this to anyone who'd consider eating at P+B. Although quite salty, the sauce complemented the fish meat well. The fish had a distinct crunchy exterior and creamy interior! If I were to nitpick though, I would say that the slice of barracuda we had didn't have enough smokiness to it.
Balboa Steak (whole) - The portion size left us wanting but the taste surely made up for it.
Pesto-crusted chicken skewers - The chicken was soft and almost melted in my mouth. The pesto sauce was good! This would have benefited from a tad more seasoning.
Creamy vegetable soup - Indeed, it was creamy and delicious. Personally, I thought there was too much acidity but my companions thought it made the dish all the more exciting.
Beef stroganoff pasta - It's just stroganoff and pasta. This one was not bad. However, it just did not wow me as much as the others did.
...
Overall, we had a very pleasant experience here. I'd definitely come back here for the smoked barracuda.
Pros: Good food, clean comfort room, good service, smoked barracuda Cons: wobbly table, small balboa steak...

Heads up to people who wants good service. This is not the place for you.
Here's some of the reasons why: -Waiter very unattentive and makes mistakes on orders even with just quantities. (I came with someone and ordered two of their Angus Steak, one order came and it eneded up being the only order the kitchen received, common sense is lacking in this scenario.) -Waiters talk with each other loudly that you surely will get distracted. -THE WAITER who served the first order spilled the steak gravy on me because she just put to much twist and torque to her turn. Gravy was good tho.
Overall, service not good at all. Not even one apology for not getting the order right.
I recommend their food, but I'd rather suggest you take it home...
