I was disappointed when we dine yesterday afternoon, very POOR on hospitality the staff was not that good, we order coffee and beer, then we add some pizza because we are having a good conversation, almost 30 minutes when we ask the waitress for our pizza then they just put it beside the other table, WITHOUT a serving tools, and its just not in a right way to deliver foods to customer, we were shock when we had noticed it was already COLD, so we ask a waitress "why it was COLD" she just ask us "would you like to Re-Heat your pizza" !? How the was that?, I ask for a supervisor to talk the other waiter just nod and say that they don't have a supervisor to talk with, Imagine A restaurant WITHOUT AN IN_CHARGE? Staff should attend a seminar on HOSPITALITY, It was my first time there and maybe it was my last.. So...

I inquired about an iced espresso and the employee was keen on explaining how the iced Americano is the right choice - and he was right. I appreciate when the staff know their products! I had also a fudge brownie which they nuked and I was worried about that but it otherwise held it’s consistency and quality - was delicious and I had to fight off the need to have another one. The atmosphere is nice, chill coffee shop vibes, nice and tasteful decor. I think there was a full-on restaurant at the back. They also have a moveable wall which allows for a flexible private dining area they can set up in a flash that seats about 8 people at a large table - nice concept!...
