EXCELLENT & RELAXING MUSIC, AVERAGE FOOD, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE & DUSTY ALLERGEN TRIGGERING PLANT DECORS.
The chubby staff was taking orders today. I ordered tea and brownies but the staff seems to be not in the mood to be welcoming and just wants to get my order done. Then, when I was informed to pickup my order, I had to ask for my brownies. No apologies. Just turned around and picked the brownies then told me that she will bring my brownies while walking to the kitchen. Is it too much to pause, apologize, and inform me that she'll deliver it to my table with a smile? Customer Service 101.
I don't mind that she forgot my brownie 'cause she's probably tired considering that I ordered at the tiring time of the day (2PM). However, when she's brought the brownies, there wasn't any fork. She could have at least anticipated that I was not walking back to my table with tea in my hand and a single fork in the other. Even if I did pick up a fork on my way back to my table, she should have anticipated that brownies come with forks. Am I supposed to eat it...
Read more-Coffee here is really good! This is where I also had my best matcha green tea latte so far. Food may come a bit too pricey but I bet they taste so good. I've only tasted their pepperoni tortilla pizza which was so yummy!
-The whole aesthetic of the place is so calming and that is complemented by the music that they play. I love that they have a lot of power outlets all over the branch to cater those who intend to work inside the cafe. I appreciate the temperature inside; cold but not too cold so your drink stays hot for longer.
-They do accept multiple payment options when ordering. That may or may not matter to you. I think they also have their own delivery service (i might be wrong on this). I haven't checked if they are available in food delivery services like grabfood.
Overall, a really great place to hang, chill, study, work, or whatever. I'm really excited to visit their branch in Zapote...
Read moreThe usual cafe you go into but with a little more "design" if that's what you call it. In designing a place, one would always make the mistake of either putting too little or too much in order to give your cafe an identity. To me, coffee project is the latter. Artificial plants were everywhere from corners, to the line where a bike was also leaned in, and hanged from the ceiling. Now you'd think that the place is bright will all the green stuff inside but it isn't. Sure when it's morning or afternoon, the sun will help you but when it comes to night fall, it's too dark with the walls painted black. The food wasn't as good too (or maybe because it's the only thing I ordered) which was the clubhouse sandwich as to which according to the cashier, came with chicken, egg and many more but I tasted none of it. I hope the rest of the food taste good. If you'd also like to check out more, follow my IG:...
