Read moreWorst service. We ate at. 2am. The cashier that served us didnt gave me my change it was small tho so i didn't bother mention it. But there was no integrity there. We were informed that there were no fries. So we didnt order fries. We were not informed that the chicken was on promised time. So we waited for 30 mins without anyone telling us that our order was pending due to the chicken is still being cooked. We saw them giving out orders with fries to other customers so again misinformation. We asked the counter how long is our order since we are only on 1hr lunch. And thats when we found out that it is still being cooked. So after 30 minutes we saw the chicken ready. Apparently the counter assembling orders are moving slow. Like there is no urgency given the fact we told her that we are in a rush. Its like she was taking all the time in the world it felt like she was doing it to mock us.
The only good thing about our last visit is the security guard. He welcomed us with a smile and even opened the door everytime we would come in. But this store is just worst. Poor management. Btw the manager was there the whole time and he was only looking at us. He didnt even have the balls to assist us when we called him. So this is not the first time. Well, every time I eat and or order their, the counter peoole do smile to me all the time. Then do verify your order properly and the waitong time is pretty much tolerable.
Unlike that one fast food chain that is owned by a clown at Molino, the counter people doesn't skip me or doesn't interact the people behind me to take those orders. The counter people always talk to the person who is currently in front of them.
Also, intjis pandemic I can always see that they have roaming staff that will help remind people to maintain the health protocol.
