It was my first time to visit this branch and good thing I was there as soon as the mall opened at 10:00AM. Ordering was fast, I got my order at the counter and did not have to wait. The staff are efficient but I overheard one staff who called an order but customer decided and had to change it - she said she’ll be given IR because of that. Regardless of what transpired, I don’t see any point why the management of this branch issue IR because of any ordering mistake of the cashier. If this is how you treat your employees or motivate them, this is not right. Miscommunication with the customer could result to any error, coach and train your people not punish them. It was a Maritess of me to meddle on this kind of stuff, but being on operations and managing people - punishing don’t work anymore. People gets demotivated and aalisan ka lang niyan. Read moreOn my way home from work, I stopped by the branch and ordered Burger steak Supreme for take out, but when I got home and opened my take out I found out that they gave me just regular 1 piece burger steak, I ordered 3, so what I got was worth about PHP 60 less than what I paid for. I'm an hour away from the place so it's not worth it to go back and get the correct order so I googled their phone number and called to complain. They were very accommodating. The call only took about 10 minutes, they immediately admitted to their mistake and offered to deliver my order and I can keep the wrong order. It's definitely more than what I was expecting.
