Conti's Bakeshop and Restaurant - SM Bacoor — Restaurant in Bacoor

So disappointed on how they handle delivery. Yesterday, I ordered worth of 2600+ food for our client. they said it will be delivered 4pm. At 5pm i called them and ask if the food was delivered and they confirmed. When I asked my client to confirm if he received it, my client said he was not at home the whole afternoon there was no one to receive it and that Contis didn't call him.. So i called contis again to check and they said that the delivery man gave it to the neighbor since there was no one at home. I am so disappointed, on why did they gave it to the neighbor and didn't evem call my client or me. My client's number is with them and i also gave my number.. Then when I called again, they didn't even bother to apologize. When i asked the name of person who receive it, they said they will call me.. I called and texted them until 9pm and no one answered. Contis don't know the basic protocol on delivery, they cant even correct their mistake, and did not even bother to call me. It was always me that needs to reach them. If there's a negative rating here, I will give them super...

One of the must try restaurants inside SM Bacoor, this restaurant offers delicious food from appetizers to main courses to desserts. Conti's Bakeshop and Restaurant is primarily well-known for their tasty cakes, but everything in this restaurant is really good.

I love their variety. Whether you went there to indulge on calories or eat a healthy meal, you will have plenty of options to choose from. The waiters are all very kind and friendly. When it comes to price, Conti's is not the most affordable restaurant inside SM Bacoor, and you may find yourself paying for an expensive dinner (or lunch, or brunch) but the experience is definitely worth it as long as you can afford it.

Kudos to my server just earlier this afternoon!

I was not feeling well, having headache, coughing caused by dry and itchy throat and my hands were trembling then she checks on me and asked if I was okay, I told her I am not and asked if they have paracetamol, she left and got back with one biogesic and gave me a jar of water too.

Paid my bill then left a tip on the table and she saw me as I got up and asks again how I feel, I told her I am feeling better and thanked her.

She was serving customers with all smile and with positive aura. She’s approachable and friendly.
