KFC — Restaurant in Bacoor

Where do I begin? This was my second time patronizing the KFC in SM Bacoor. Both times I was less than content.

Talking only about this most recent visit, for starters, they got my order wrong. My order was supposed to be a two piece Original Recipe and my girlfriend's was supposed to be a one piece Hot and Spicy. Instead, they gave me two pieces of spicy and they gave her one piece of non-spicy.

Also, we were only given two napkins. Two napkins to eat greasy chicken???

I got up to get more gravy from the self serve thing and it was empty. I informed the service crew. To their credit, they refilled it quickly, but they didn't bother to inform me of it. Luckily, my girlfriend saw them do it and she told me.

I was pleasantly surprised to learn that they actually had TWISTERS and were not "Out of stock, sir." for a change. However, it was slightly less than room temperature. I don't get that. How come Domino's can deliver a pizza to my house that is so hot that I almost dropped the box, but KFC can not give me a reasonably warm Twister when I am in the restaurant?

Last, but not least, the chicken was completely devoid of any taste. I gave my girlfriend one of my spicy chicken pieces and she said it wasn't spicy, at all. The original piece I took from her was also bland. Both types were incredibly greasy, as well.

Even the mushroom soup, which I love, tasted horrible.

I can honestly say, I am never going into...

worst kfc branch ever - ordered 1 pc chicken with mushroom soup and mashed potatoes, and 4pc nuggets with spaghetti. chicken looked questionable and raw inside and the mushroom soup did not have a single mushroom piece in it. it wasn’t even served hot. the sauce for the nuggets wasn’t included and the spaghetti tasted like plastic. smallest serving of mashed potatoes i have ever seen, no wonder there were only so few customers inside. bathroom was also unavailable and i highly doubt that it is actually...

Terrible service. No matter where you go, KFC’s service is steadily declining. At 7 PM, during peak hours, only one counter is open, and all the electronic kiosks are closed. The cashier even directed me to use a kiosk without realizing they were all non-functional. Meanwhile, the staff was busy putting chairs on tables as if they were closing, even though there were still three hours left until closing time. The crew seemed disorganized and unprofessional and refusing customers. What a...
