The food served was NOT fresh and NOT hot when served at the table, serving was SO small. The fried chicken tasted stale and as if it's old stock or re-fried (hopefully not). The kamote fries I used to love was cold, too oily and rancid. We ate here expecting good service and food. This Max's is definitely not the same as before. I see many old reviews about bad service and food quality. Overall, the food tasted great. We ate the half-family chicken, which tasted really good, and the bangus, which also tasted really good. The lumpia and vegetable kare-kare were both wow. Overall, I definitely recommend this place.
