The lack of professionalism in this branch lately is beyond APPALLING. Hindi pwedeng walang mali/kulang sa orders (coke float instead of coffee float, regular chicken instead of BBQ chicken, double-punching items, entering item in the cash register before confirming it’s unavailable, no straws, missing utensils, etc.) not to mention kulang-kulang din magsukli na halatang sinasadya (we could tell by how they react when called out, they seem to already anticipate na magrereklamo yung customer sa kulang). Minsan hindi naman karamihan ang customers and I’ve never seen you short-staffed, sa dami niyo diyan hindi pa kayo magkamayaw? It doesn’t matter how minor the inconvenience seems, the negative experiences add up over time. We’ve lived in Molino long enough to know how DIABOLICAL your service is becoming these past few years. Suspiciously, the errors are never in exchange for something more than what we pay for. And don’t even tell customers to always check their orders upon receipt because you don’t wanna do your job, we are not your part-time employees. We usually order take-out since we’re on the rush during lunch breaks at work so we don’t always have the time to check everything they put in our bags.
We’d like to add that recently, one of your crew really took the cake for us. Short guy with the nameplate “John” as far as we remember (see photos). Dinadabugan ba naman ang mga tao by repeatedly slamming the chairs against each other while complaining “HAY NAKAKAPAGOD!” at nakikipagmurahan out loud sa ibang crew. Mind you, he’s throwing tantrums and disrupting the atmosphere at around MIDNIGHT.
This behavior is unacceptable and getting out of hand. Most of your consumers are from the working class as well, and even WE are not allowed to mess up this bad in our respective jobs. Read moreThis is my experience after eating here for around five years now. The place itself is decent, but the service is consistently bad. If you're planning to take out your food, always double-check your order to make sure nothing is missing, as the likelihood of errors is quite high. I've experienced this multiple times and have, unfortunately, grown used to it.
One time, while waiting at the table for our takeout order, the staff kept calling out receipt numbers for customers to claim their food. After waiting several minutes, we began wondering what had happened to our order. When we asked the staff, they told us someone had already taken it. They even got upset and blamed us, saying we should have come when our number was called. However, we never heard our number being announced. Even if we missed it, it's still their responsibility to verify that the person claiming the food has the correct receipt. They failed to do that but still had the audacity to blame us with an unprofessional attitude.
I've had many bad experiences here, yet I still choose to buy food from this place, mainly because it’s the nearest fast-food option available to us.

Been ordering on this branch for a while now because the service is good. But lately they’re always missing something. We always ordered bff fries shake shake. Last time we ordered bff fries but the 1 pack of cheese powder is missing. So asked for a refund then they refund 40-60 pesos i think. Then now the BFF FRIES IS MISSING!!! We receive the paper shake skake 3 of that then a 2 pack of cheese powder but the BFF FRIES IS GONE. And we scheduled the ordered on 11pm then we receive it on 11:20pm we’re starving and craving already. Then tadaa! There’s no bff fries:( so we asked for a refund immediately so we can order again.
