Looking inside while walking towards the door from outside, one could immediately appreciate the visible cleanliness and that made me excited being my 1st time in this new branch. However, as soon as the guard opened the door, the foul odor was so strong. That same odor of rot that's common near fast food garbage, only this time it's overpowering inside. This is the only Wendy's I've been in that stinks like that even in the dine-in area. In contrast, the Conti's and Starbucks beside it smelled just as clean as they looked inside. Slow Service: The cashier took a considerable amount of time to process my order and repeatedly asked for the same details, which was quite frustrating.

Called the store directly and out of frustation yelled at the crew(apologized) she said, other customers already cancelled their order but I couldnt. she handed the phone to the manager(calm and professional) offered that they will just deliver the food instead. Minutes later grab cancelled the order, I thought the store wouldnt bother to deliver anymore but did. Called the store again and advise I will just pay in cash because the original payment was thru cc and might be refunded. I was assured that if in case they will return the payment.
