Title: A Culinary Journey Amidst Nature's Splendor: MOCH Cafe and Bistro Review
During our annual excursion to Baguio, we chanced upon a hidden gem that left us spellbound – MOCH Cafe and Bistro. Our encounter with Ms. Cathe Yosuico transformed our dining experience into an unforgettable escapade.
Nestled amidst the majestic mountains, MOCH Cafe and Bistro offers a vista that enthralls both the eyes and the soul, particularly during the mesmerizing sunset – a true sanctuary for romantics and nature aficionados alike.
Service at MOCH Cafe and Bistro surpassed expectations, owing to the adept staff. Despite the bustling ambiance, the restaurant effortlessly accommodates numerous groups. However, patience is a virtue, as the place teems with diners and admirers of the awe-inspiring scenery.
Our gracious host and owner (I humbly presume), Ms. Cathe Yosuico, treated us to a culinary odyssey that transcended all anticipation. A six-course gastronomic affair awaited us, each dish presented with finesse and bursting with flavors. The delectable desserts served as a perfect denouement to our epicurean journey. This establishment caters to individuals from all walks of life.
Nevertheless, navigating the roads and securing parking demand a degree of fortitude. Allocating ample time to accommodate unexpected guests is a minor inconvenience, but a small price to pay for such an extraordinary experience.
At MOCH Cafe and Bistro, the sumptuous cuisine is merely a fraction of the allure; the panoramic vista serves as an enchanting embellishment, enriching the ambiance and rendering every moment unforgettable. I wholeheartedly bestow upon this establishment a rating of 6 out of 5. To our esteemed host – mabuhay and maraming salamat.
In summation, MOCH Cafe and Bistro stands as a beacon of culinary excellence amidst Baguio's hidden treasures, offering not only tantalizing fare but also an unparalleled setting that transcends ordinary dining experiences. It beckons to connoisseurs and admirers alike, promising an unparalleled fusion of gastronomy and...

Service: 1/5 When we arrived, we sat on a vacant table near their counter, we waited for 5 minutes for the menu but no one approached us (Mukha siguro kaming pulubi :D) anyways, I went and ask for the menu. Another reason for the 1/5 review for the service is this. The cashier punched a different item, I ordered "Strawberry cream" but then we're served with "Strawberry Peach tea something.." I told politely that what we ordered was the strawberry cream but they just looked at me then they just talked to themselves. no actions taken to resolve the issue. I was pissed so I told them that we'll just take what was served.
AMBIANCE: 5/5 Location is ideal. Great view!
FOOD : 3.5/5 House Salad: 3.5/5 The house salad was good, I think only thing I can comment on was the portion. Hainanese Chicken 3/5 Chicken was thin and small. lol. I am not sure if they really serve small sizes of chicken. taste was okay. Nachos: 2/5 Not a fan. The reason I put "2" was the chips were really good. Seafood Marinara 4/5 It was funny because we were expecting what we saw on the picture on the menu. We got pasta good for 2 with 4 scrawny shrimps. lol. reality vs expectation. The sauce was good though, it was the best Seafood marinara sauce I've tasted. Drinks 3/5 I think they're just the from what you buy from stalls in the city.
PRICE: 2.5/5 I really think the price doesn't correspond to the food portion and quality. For example the house salad I think was priced Php.330, I'd be more comfortable paying it at PHP250-280.
PARKING: They have enough parking for 5 cars.
OTHER NOTES: There were a lot of flies when we dined, We can't fully concentrate on eating because the flies kept trying to land on our food. lol.
Will we dine here...

Ambiance: Cozy vibes with an option for indoor or alfresco seating. Perfect for breezy mornings or foggy afternoons with a great view of the mountains and pine trees. Ideal for quiet dates or barkada brunches.

What We Tried:
Shrimp Platter Well-seasoned shrimps paired with a buttery dipping sauce that brings the flavor up a notch. Served with veggies, sweet corn, and bread slices—hearty and satisfying.
Moch House Salad Fresh greens topped with crispy chicken chunks and a light, tangy dressing. It’s a balanced plate for those who want something crunchy, savory, and guilt-free.
Nachos Crispy and generously portioned. The dips were tasty, but the meat could be a bit more generous. Still a solid pick for sharing.
Cheese Fries Golden, crispy, and addictively cheesy. The cheese powder was evenly coated—no bland fries here!
Vanilla Latte (Frappe) Smooth and lightly sweet. A safe and chill choice for coffee lovers who like their drinks on the mellow side.
Blueberry Latte A surprisingly good combo! The blueberry flavor hits just right—fruity, not too sweet, and refreshing.

Final Thoughts: Moch Cafe & Bistro is the kind of spot where you come for the view and stay for the comfort food. The meals are flavorful, the drinks refreshing, and the ambiance unbeatable. Just make sure to plan your trip well—it’s worth the drive, but timing is key.
