Dialyn's Bakeshop — Restaurant in Baler

Always a must for us to visit this dainty bakeshop whenever we're in Baler. The staff are really kind and the garden seating is very nice, sometimes cats honor you with their presence.

Have loved their cakes since the first time, our staple choice is Chocolate. Recently, we were able to try their Blueberry Cheesecake, so yummy! Took home a Brazo de Mercedes, still really good. Their Kiwi Cupcakes are still one-of-a-kind, and we always recommend them.

We were on the search for dessert after lunch so we walked and looked for this place because of their famous kiwi cupcakes. When I first heard of it, I really thought it wouldn’t work. But it actually does. Let’s just say it’s weirdly delicious — simple and unique.

We were also able to try their brazo de mercedes and mocha tiramisu. Their cakes are a tad bit sweet for my liking but texture is good, and I think would be perfect if paired with black coffee. Just passed by this bakery by accident while exploring the road, and I always crave for a nice or cheap pastry that hits the spot for certain cravings, but I got way more than I asked for! Their cheesecakes are really soft and smooth, meanwhile filled pastry bread was just right. It’s a shame I skipped on a few other pastry they had. Their pastry says so much about those who make it, they make it with heart. ❤️

Also, they bake one of the best Braco De Mercedes I have tried, altho it’s a bit too wet, its balance of sweetness made me order another slice of it. I’d love another slice of it...
