I AM DEEPLY DISAPPOINTED with my recent dining experience at this restaurant, and I feel compelled to share my honest feedback to help others make informed choices.

My visit took place last night, and it was nothing short of frustrating and underwhelming.

To start with, we arrived at the restaurant at 7:30 PM, and we were informed that the food would take 20-30 minutes to be served due to their commitment to preparing everything fresh. However, by 8:00 PM, we had yet to receive anything, not even a simple banana shake that should have been quick to prepare. This delay was already a significant red flag.

The frustration continued to mount as we waited for an entire hour before only two out of the five dishes we had ordered were served.

It's important to note that the food's quality did not justify the lengthy wait we endured. The pork sinigang was disappointingly undercooked, a clear indication of a lack of attention to detail in the kitchen. Furthermore, the bay's inn chicken was far from tender, adding to our overall dissatisfaction with the meal.

We placed our order at 8:12 p.m., mostly choosing dishes under their menu’s recommendations. However, the waitress who took our order didn’t inform us about the expected waiting time. By 8:42 p.m.—30 minutes later—our table still wasn’t set, and we hadn’t even been served water, so we followed up. We were told the food would be served in 10 minutes.

Despite that, by 9:00 p.m., nothing had arrived. We approached the bar where the waitress was, but no one offered an explanation. The staff seemed to ignore our concern entirely.

At 9:09 p.m., the first dish finally arrived—crispy pata—which was disappointingly cold. It seemed like it had been cooked an hour earlier, so we asked for it to be reheated. The second dish, garlic chicken, oddly had no garlic flavor at all. The rice seemed to have just been cooked during our wait, but no one mentioned that. The sausage platter was average, while the beef broccoli was a disappointment—the beef was so tough it was like chewing on gummy rubber. Lastly, the chop suey was just okay.

The staff clearly lacked proper training on how to handle customers.

Waiting close to an hour for that kind of service and food?...

Was hesitant at first kasi sabi sa Tiktok nung isang nag vlog is 2/10 daw and hindi masarap, others said it was good and actually, it was great. The food, the ambience and especially the service. Tried their breakfast platter and added a solo order of pork tonkatsu and it did not disappoint. For 298 pesos for the platter, it was all worth it. The additional tonkatsu was just 98 pesos too!

Also ordered their amaretto sour and man, for 160 pesos? One of the best amaretto sour’s i’ve had, made me order thrice haha no kidding. Overall, 15/10 experience. Will surely...
