the food was okay. service was slow, but since I guess they cook the food upon order, it's understandable. however, they only informed us that one of the food we ordered wasn't available when our previous orders were served. they also didn't inform us that the drinks we ordered weren't available, we wouldn't have known if we hadn't followed up our order (paubos na yung food na kinakain namin when we followed up the drinks). could've given at least 2 stars for the service, pero they messed up dun sa pinabalot naming food. when we returned to the place where we were staying, yung pinabalot naming burger na untouched ay naging 2 pieces ng chicken na. it's so disappointing & unhygienic, anong gusto niyong gawin namin sa pinagkainan ng iba??!?? gosh. I hope they train their employees more. The resto wasn't even full at that time to have switched out our food with other people. their employees are just reckless. from not informing us ahead of time regarding our orders to switching out our pinabalot na food, their service doesn't even deserve 1 star.
hopefully, this will be addressed by the management. lalo na sa pag-inform ng available food beforehand. kuha lang kasi ng kuha ng order, dapat habang umoorder palang yung customer, sinasabi na nila what's available...

Five visits = five experiences that include missed orders, served orders with items missing, specific orders that change mid way, and my favourite, asking for a Latte and getting a hot chocolate (visit one), and black filter coffee (visit two). Right now waiting 40 minutes for eggs. More staff than customers.
Not sure where the problem is between service, management, and kitchen, but if they fix that it'll be a winner. Until then, Costa next door is easily the...
Read moreRelatively new resto that replaced the former Hungry Surfer on this spot (but their other branch is still up as of 2019). Since we came here during Holy Week, they have a 45-minute wait for food orders because their kitchen can't handle the deluge of orders. But if you get to taste their food, it's good. Try the meatlovers pizza, the sisig+dinakdakan combo, grilled veggies with pako salad, and the pako sisig which is purely crispy fried pako with mayo on top and no meat at all. They have good melon shake, too. There's an acoustic band that plays outside the boardwalk space, too. They also...
