Vituhen has only been open for a month as of this writing. My friends and I visited last November 20 while we were stranded on the island. A typhoon passed by and we couldn't leave for days. We took the next best option and explored the dining options of the area.
We found Vituhen a few steps to the right of our lodging and boy we're glad we went there. The place only holds space for about 10 people but, the food is wonderful. You definitely have to get their Surf and Turf Platter. The platter consists of pork chops, tuna and kamote fries.
Their Hearty Baked Rice is great as well. You can share the rice bowl with a friend due to the generous portions.
My only complaint would be the lack of water served to us. I get that the place is self-service. See, the place is tiny but that shouldn't stop the staff from telling us about where to get the water for ourselves.
