If you’re enjoying your Batanes trip, don’t let this restaurant ruin your mood. I advise to visit the area and give your orders at least 1 hour prior to your time slot and if you want milkshakes? Add another 30 minutes for that. You really can enjoy the sunset since this is where the port resides but the place is very humid - they only have 1 stand fan that serves a single table. Visited last May 20, 2025 for a dinner and what a nightmare! Had to be advised for food to be delivered for 30-45 minutes, which we were thinking is acceptable for a restaurant but my goodness! Ordered at 6:32 PM, order served at 7:43 PM. They are clearly understaffed and the management is seeing blind! The three kids had to grow extra limbs just to cater all requests - it is also a problem that these 3 kids are doing all kinds of job - servicing to tables, doing cashier, preparing drinks, accommodating guests, taking bills, doing follow-up, buying outside for what they lack, writing receipts. Clearly understaffed and the management have no regards for the costumers - the kids are the ones talking and sending apologies to the costumers. Food is not appetizing anymore since you have to wait for a long time and it also tastes meh - nothing special. I advise to order different food from the menu if you have the...
Read more25 Sep 2024, around 12 noon. Only one person was placing an order for her group, so seating was easy to find. There are plenty of tables, and those at the backyard provide a view of the harbour (it's in the name, after all). Those who seat here may have to deal with some insects, though. I ordered buttered shrimp and large iced latte. Considering the heat, and I had come from another restaurant 7 minutes' walk away but had nobody at the counter, I asked to have the latte first. However, I was told they had just started the coffee machine, so it's possible that I was the first one to order coffee. I enjoyed the latte even though it came along with my main order, but the meal itself is nothing special. Total bill was 670 PHP, and that puts this restaurant close to the bottom of my Basco picks. Come for the...
Read moreVisited for lunch, so it was VERY hot, the place might be better for dinner. Giving 2 stars since the food took 30-45mins, we ended up canceling our lychee milkshake as it took forever, they said they had to buy ice, they have been serving ice to the guests, surely they could already estimate when they needed to buy. We ordered grilled blue marlin and grilled pork and wakay fries. The blue marlin was ok as it was too dry. The grilled pork looked liked it was fried instead of grilled and it was very dry. We also had a hard time making reservations as they did not respond to the facebook page (so we had our hotel make one for us). For me it’s not worth the wait. It would have been worth the wait if...
