Jollibee — Restaurant in Batangas City

I had a disappointing experience at Jollibee. The crew member named "CAS" I spoke with was very rude. I ordered a C3 meal and asked what drinks were available, but he barely responded. I had to ask again, and it felt like he was too lazy or unwilling to answer properly.

I initially wanted iced tea, but he said it wasn’t available, without offering any alternatives. I then asked if I could upgrade it to iced choco, but he didn’t explain anything clearly. I felt forced to switch to cola, which also wasn’t available. I asked if pineapple juice was an option, and again, he responded like he didn’t want to talk.

What made it worse is that he didn’t inform me that upgrading to pineapple juice would cost an additional ₱38, even though my meal already included a drink. It’s the staff’s responsibility to clearly explain any extra charges, not just silently add them to the order without asking.

Clear communication and basic courtesy go a long way in customer service. I hope this...

It has been a decade since the last time i ate here but like when i was toddler great experience, good comfort food for a fastfood, the portion got smaller but overall i had a nice meal. Sadly the logo was very dirty and the floor was a bit too dirty and greasy when i ate here so thats why 4 star instead of 5...

ITA: Ottimo posto se si vuole mangiare propone vari combo che secondo me sono un affare per un mangiare senza strafare ed abbastanza economico; le porzioni sono giuste ma se avete molta fame evitate i combo con minor prezzo perché molto piccoli di contenuto. Era da una vita che non mangiavo qui ma tutto sommato è stato un esperienza positiva sapore identico a quando ero piccino. Ovviamente è la catena di fastfood più grande del Paese e il contenuto nel menu potrebbe non essere di vostro gusto e molto "Americanata" come esperienza. Consiglio il pollo fritto da provare.
