Kuya J Southwoods Mall — Restaurant in Biñan

We recently dined at Kuya J's branch, and it was a pleasant experience. As expected, the menu offered the same delectable choices available at other branches, ensuring consistency and satisfaction for their patrons. The food we ordered was served promptly, which is always a plus, as no one likes to wait too long when hunger strikes.

The service crew impressed me with their responsiveness and attentiveness throughout our meal. They were quick to assist and address any requests, making us feel well taken care of. Additionally, I loved the fact that they have outdoor seating by the hallway, which is also pet-friendly. It's heartwarming to see establishments that accommodate our furry friends.

We will gladly return to this branch and recommend it to others who are looking for a delightful dining experience when Southwoods. It can be crowded during...

Sorry but I was disappointed with the serving, service also. I took my daughter to treat her together with cousins. And I'm excited as I like to try again the fried spinach and I know food are so great. But then, all what we want are not availble. Leche flan, all deserts like halo2, coffee jelly, that fried spinach,those shake drinks. I got so surprised like it's still early when we get there. We didn't enjoy the food except the sisig, tastes so good and the serving for sinigang omg there's nothing there. And I think they over charge me at my bill so I need to come back and ask them to double check. Are you closing guys? Kuya J is Kuya J. Pls serve the way how it should be served. Arrived at 6.30pm to an empty restaurant and got told the a/c was not working. Sat down and ordered 2 solo meals - iced tea, grilled pork belly and bulalo with garlic rice. Got told it would take 20 mins. So far, so average.

Meals arrived after 30mins and both were cold. Ironically the iced tea was warm. Sent them back to be re-heated and they came back 5 mins later marginally warmer. The promised side dishes never arrived.

Paid and left. We are (were!) regular weekly customers but that's the last time we go there - plenty of other choices.
