Pizza Hut Southwoods Mall — Restaurant in Biñan

The manager won't allow us to dine in because the available seat is just for 4 people and we are six including three children. We said that we can use an extra chair for us to accommodate and with little pakiusapan she finally agreed. The available table needs to be cleaned since it was just left by the previous group but during cleaning you can hear the stamping of plates and utensils and we politely ask her if she was angry because we insist to dine in on their store and she answered "no" but you can feel it and tell that she never want us there. But still we are able to push our dinner at the store, order and have our food served. But the pizza took a lot of time to deliver on our table, we ask the staff and finally our pizza arrived. Thinking it's hot and freshly made since it took us a while but to our surprise it was already cold and not that pleasant to eat. I think the management needs to check the service of their staff. Just wanted to say that your Southwoods mall branch has the lousiest service ever, from the time we entered to the time we left, your service crew needs a lot of improvement. Date: Sep 30, 2018 No one bothered to welcome or seat us upon entry to ur store. Most of items on the menu were unavailable like cream of chicken soup, crab salad and lemon cucumber juice. We specified warm water and the waitress arrived with glasses full of ice It takes a while to call them for assistance We were not informed that the store is cash basis only. The cashier girl is not reliable. I ordered 6 pieces of chicken and told her the parts I prefer. I confirmed this upon pick up and she said there are 2 breast parts. I requested drumstick and thigh parts. Upon home we learned there are only 2 drumsticks and the rest are breast parts. So disappointing why she lied. She didn't check she doesn't care.
