Review: Firstly, I've always had a great experience with this specific Starbucks branch. I think the baristas and employees are all awesome and friendly. It's kept clean and they enforce clean as you go and health protocols during this pandemic (COVID19).
That said, just sharing my experience. I bought 2 drinks and a slice of cake to go. When I was claiming my order, I was surprised that the cashier punched-in 3 drinks. I asked to have the other voided.
The manager declined to void the other drink since it was entered in the app. I decided to just leave the drink with the barista as I was disappointed with the customer service.
