Please take note: Coupons cannot be used for glamping (22 hours) or the 8am-10pm schedule. They are only applicable for day tours. STORY TIME : Our choice was to spend 22 hours (on a weekend or holiday) in a Tiki hut (air-conditioned hut for 2 people) priced at Php 2,400 (Php 1,200 per person). We arrived at 9:30 in the morning to find the place quite crowded, as it was summer and a holiday. To avoid lunchtime rush, we bought our lunch early at 10:45 am and stored it in our hut. Food prices range from Php 150-200 per person, with group meals available from Php 800-1,500. Remember, the resort doesn't allow outside food or drinks. We brought our own empty aquaflask and purchased a 300ml distilled water for Php 40. Our meal consisted of sinigang from "fiesta sa pulo" (Php 170) and two cups of rice (totaling Php 205). Additionally, my husband bought two sticks of barbecue for Php 60 each. We shared the meal and filled our aquaflask with the Php 40 distilled water. Despite enjoying the water slides, we noticed the balsa river was somewhat dirty, likely due to fallen leaves from nearby plants. The water had a greenish tinge. There were lines for every water activity, but the lifeguards efficiently managed them, providing instructions to participants. As our glamping schedule didn't include food storage in our hut, we found some food stalls closed by 5 pm. We asked the guard for options and learned that overnight guests could order food delivery after 6 pm or even go outside and buy. We opted for Tokyo Tokyo via Food Panda. Keep in mind, water activities are not available during overnight stays, and pool access at night was not checked due to exhaustion. For overnight stays, remember to bring your own towels, toiletries, and blankets, as the resort only provides beds and pillows. The advantage of an overnight stay? You get to relax in a quieter environment without crowds or noisy videoke, and enjoy peaceful mornings for photography.

So sad this waterpark hasn't been managed well. I've been here twice before 2022, and both experiences went well since the waterpark, then, looked well-kept and cleaned, maybe it was because it was newly renovated then lol. But now... Goodness. The shower areas were so dark, old looking, dirty, and smelly, not much food stalls inside plus the only ones they have offer expensive food for their bland quality. Pool water looked like it hasn't been changed for YEARS & smelled strongly of chlorine and other stuff—it was nasty and very itchy on the skin. The sidewalks were covered in dry leaves, and looked like they haven't been swept for a while during our time of visit. The footbaths were so disgusting; I had to carefully pass and step on the sides of the basins to get to the stairs leading the slides. The lifeguards were doing the barest minimum—they don't even check the distances between people who were going down the slides, and just kept on dispatching people on floaters (except Magellan's Drop since it was easily visible from the top)—there was an instance when two people fell off theirs and we almost bumped into them when we were sliding down on one of the slides from Tausug Trails since they were stuck in the middle of the long trail; they don't even monitor anymore if it's already okay to send down another pair, unlike before. And they don't even follow protocols; we saw a group of 5 in one Rio Montañosa floater even though it was only designed to carry three, according to the rules posted on the wall. Overall, the whole place looks unkempt, dirty, lifeless. The huts/cabanas for rent look like they've been through so much and nothing at all at the same time. Will not go back here again not unless they do another mega makeover. It's such a pity since the slides are still enjoyable up to this day despite being in a subpar management. I do not recommend this waterpark. Please go at your own risk.

The water activities are nice and new to me and my family. However, the minute we got here, I feel we are being hostage for cash. I understand that places like this depends on guests buying souvenirs and foods in the park. But in my opinion, bringing personal water should be allowed. The cost of bottled water, 500ml, is 35Php. The options for food are also very limited. My family settled for Hungry Juan roasted chicken that comes with 4 cups of rice, plates and spoon and forks for 400PhP. So if you have diet restrictions, please be prepared. You can exit the park only once, but the second time, you will pay again... Yes, it is weird. My family had fun at the water activities. It's just a bit challenging to get up to several flights of stairs to get to the top but I think it's worth it. Bring your own action camera to capture your memories as the park doesn't have automatic cameras. They do have camera men (like paparazzis) taking pictures all over the place though, which is kinda creepy. You'll find your pictures on the way out of the park and have it for 100Php. What I really find the most disgusting in this place is the shower room! It's a common area where multiple posts with shower heads are available. The drain is not working so used water with soap scums are getting stuck. The toilet is also lacking. I think there's only 2 working toilets for the whole park. Imagine where most of the guests relieved themselves 😱😱😱 If you are commuting, tricycle can be rented from Pacita Complex for 100php for 4 pax. However the trip back to Pacita will cost you 40pesos per pax. I still give the 3⭐⭐⭐ for having the nice water activities despite the poor amenities. Just manage your expectations before you even get there.

Went here with my partner and son, it is great for the kids with numerous water slides, a large pool that has a wave machine which only seems to be switched on twice a daily and we missed both times. The are various food and drink outlets with reasonable pricing. You have to hire a unit for the day with starting prices at 1200 peso rising to 5000+ which in my opinion is rather expensive if they're are only 3 people as in our case. Also we bought an all in ticket just to fined out that there was additional fees for the zip line, climbing wall, paint ball which was never stated when we bought our tickets, there is no ATM machines and they do not accept card payments which meant we could not do half the things we wanted to and the reason for going there instead of another venue. It turned out to be a very expensive day out for very little in return, our son and we enjoyed our time but we were dissatisfied with the way the venue operates. They should notify customers that there will be additional charges for some of the rides aswell as the rental fees for a unit. It was a fun day out but we will not be going back there again, there is far better places to go for a day out with better value for money. 1500 for 3 tickets, 1500 for the bamboo unit of which we had 2 new pairs of Manjaru flipflops stolen from, so what is the point of having to hire one of these units if they are not safe??

Convenient and accessible water park if you are near the south. Water activities for the kids were good but you need to take note of the hours when the certain water activities and attractions accommodate guests. The kids had fun at the Balsa River, Water Wahoo and the Twin Coco Nuts. Banana Kita which is beside Twin Coco Nuts didn't open at the time we visited. Food and snacks in the resort were a bit pricey especially since they don't allow outside food and drinks. There are various kiosks and stalls inside the resort offering a variety of food choices from hotdogs, burgers, pizzas, grilled food, shakes, street foods and a plethora of choices of Filipino dishes. Some of the restrooms need frequent cleaning by maintenance team to maintain cleanliness especially on a weekend where there are a lot of guests. Parking fee is flat rate Php 50 (cash only) which you pay upon entering the parking area. You can pay for the entrance tickets using cash, credit card or Paymaya (no GCash or Grabpay). However, you'll need to go to a different cashier and pay in cash if you want to avail of daytime accommodations such as nipa hut, casitas, tiki hut or tree house. They provide discounted rates for PWDs and children with a height of 3 ft and below are free.

Probably the best waterpark I've been to into the Philippines. Went with my gf, our 15yo daughter, and 16yo niece, and they loved it. They also have a kiddie pool and some smaller slides for younger kids. I saw toddlers having a blast. Really it's good for any age. Saw some septuagenarians just floating around, and they seemed happy enough. Some of the slides are quite high. The wave pool was broken as far as waves, but they had free kayaks and an inflatable obstacle course in the wave pool instead...and those were quite fun! There is also a "river" going around the middle of the park, filled with intertubes. You could just float around that all day if you were so inclined. Prices were 599PHP, and as far as I could tell that included all the slides and pools. The little cabanas were 1000PHP+, depending on the size, but we didn't bother with one. "Lockers" are actually giant plastic tubs, 200PHP, but you can access it as often as you want. We kept a set of dry clothes, shoes, towels, in there, 4 of us, and it all fit. Saw a lot of reviews saying food was expensive. The 4 of us ate for under 1000PHP, which for an amusement, seemed quite reasonable to me.
