We dined at Iya Tinay's Kitchenette for my parents' anniversary dinner. This was a last-minute choice as our usual spot, La Ne Resto in Carmen, was closed. Given the reviews, I had high hopes, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing.
The grilled Tuna Belly lacked flavor and depended entirely on the chili soy sauce dip for taste. The pork chop was similarly bland and seemed to have been grilled straight after being chopped. It was tough and hard to chew. The vegetable dish we ordered tasted and looked like something out of a hospital ration—no offense intended, but it just wasn’t appealing.
Their coffee bar was closed, so we couldn’t try their coffee, which was another letdown. For the price, we expected better quality and preparation. In comparison, we’ve had similar dishes at Jose in Tagbilaran, which were far tastier and offered at more reasonable prices.

Atmoshpere: lots of tables for small and big groups.
Parking is free. Restrooms have bidet which makes...
