CK SM CITY BUTUAN — Restaurant in Butuan

We had a very bad service with this branch for a lot of reasons:

We had a senior citizen card provided but they have billed us fully without discount. My mom was the one ordering and was not aware that there was no discount since she cant fully read the receipt but when I reviewed the invoice after she sat, there was no discount. We raised the concern and they have reissued an updated one (see photo). This is a major concern since what if the senior citizen has no other company and they might not be able to know it that they were not actually offered a discount.

We ordered at 1:57 pm but after 30 mins, the order did not arrive at all and there were a lot of costumers that ordered after us and were served within 10 mins. We raised the concern to one of the staff and they did not even know that an order needs to be sent out and even asked for our receipt.

We waited for another 30 mins and still no order came and the staff even asked us if we are done but we actually havent received any order yet.

We were very frustrated and were only served after 1 hour and 15 mins and even after that, the order was not complete and we constantly reminded them what the missing orders are like they somehow doesnt know what’s missing. The last item was only given to us after 1 and a half hour!

I have asked for the receipt that they took and they cant provide it back to us the soonest. They were only able to return back the receipt after asking 5 different staff!

Klaro kaayo uncoordinated ilang website and that branch. Di pagid ma-contact. Ang Gaisano Branch manager pay nitubag, and that was past their opening hours.

You can't even handle orders on your VERY OWN app. This is a recurring problem across all food chains under the Jollibee Foods Corporation (i.e., Jollibee, Greenwich, Mang Inasal, Chowking).

Either the employees were not trained for this, or the company is not ready for the 21st century.
