The food is getting worst and worst. The fried chicken is not the same crispy juicy chicken anymore. The pizza's crust feels like it has been stored for a long time that it doesn't have any taste left of being newly baked. The pasta feels like that too, like it has been stored for a long time (longer than how they used to store it back then maybe?) and they just reheat it, when it's served to you it is TOO HOT that it feels like they are trying to not make it obvious that it has been there longer than they used to do it before. Well, things that have been stored for a long time no matter how you reheat it and make it as hot as the first time it went out of the fire still taste bahaw. The food just don't taste like they do before. I thought maybe it's just a one time observation a couple of months ago but I'm sad that it really didn't get any better until now. I love greenwich, but this branch serve a poor quality rice one time its close to NFA, but I came back a 3 more times and thank God their rice doesn't smell. Anyway, crew are less attentive, you gotta have to wait 20 minutes more to get your table cleaned up or literally call then tk get your table cleaned. Chicken here are small and a little different taste compared to SM branch. I assume it is because of the oil they use, its not that fresh, so the grease tastes off. The pizza is good though and the pasta. I hope when i visit again the chicken will taste good and they can maintain a good quality of rice.
