KFC — Restaurant in Cagayan de Oro

Im so disappointed and frustrated to the point I want to cry. I ordered for takeout about an hour ago in SM uptown, I ordered fully loaded famous bowl meal and added spaghetti and my total came to 265 pesos, I gave the cashier a 500 pesos bill and I got the change 235. For some reason they didn’t give me a receipt and so I thought they put it inside the paper bag which they sealed with tape. Was carrying two heavy bags so it was hard for me to double check especially with the paper bag sealed. I got home only to be disappointed that my order wasn’t complete (the spaghetti was missing). I understand that people can make mistakes It’s just disappointing to come home from such a long day and you look forward to the meal you bought and it’s not...

Very disappointed with our visit today. We came for lunch craving a Zinger and also ordered 3 fries, but no ketchup was given. When I went back to the counter, the staff only gave me 1 packet and didn’t believe me when I said we ordered 3 fries.

Later, the iced tea we received was bitter with no sugar. I asked for syrup for all 3 drinks, but again the staff didn’t believe me and even went to our table to check. It was embarrassing and very frustrating.

Honestly, I don’t think anyone from KFC will even notice my review.. but, I think their staffs are somewhat rude..I stopped by with my dog to order some food for takeout and the girl staffs behind the counter looks like they were gossiping (in a bad way) like “diba bawal mn iro dri kind of narrative” and it feels bad to feel like you are not welcome..your staff should not be gossiping about customers, if they have a problem - they should straight away tell their manager or politely tell...
