Im so disappointed and frustrated to the point I want to cry. I ordered for takeout about an hour ago in SM uptown, I ordered fully loaded famous bowl meal and added spaghetti and my total came to 265 pesos, I gave the cashier a 500 pesos bill and I got the change 235. For some reason they didnāt give me a receipt and so I thought they put it inside the paper bag which they sealed with tape. Was carrying two heavy bags so it was hard for me to double check especially with the paper bag sealed. I got home only to be disappointed that my order wasnāt complete (the spaghetti was missing). Later, the iced tea we received was bitter with no sugar. I asked for syrup for all 3 drinks, but again the staff didnāt believe me and even went to our table to check. It was embarrassing and very frustrating.
