Mang Inasal — Restaurant in Cagayan de Oro

We waited for 1 hour and 25 minutes for our food!! Which is extremely unacceptable for a fast-food restaurant. What made it worse was the chicken discrimination. The large chicken orders were served much faster, but the regular-sized chicken took far longer. I even asked the crew if we could just upgrade our order to large chicken to avoid the wait, but they did not inform us that the long delay was because we ordered regular chicken.

This lack of transparency and poor service is frustrating. Customers deserve honest communication and fair treatment regardless of the size of the meal they order.

We had other important things to attend to, but the staff did not take this into consideration at all. A simple explanation or option to change our order earlier would have saved us a lot of time and...

Took them 50 mins to serve a meal of spicy pecho. It's a fastfood with very slow service. A fastfood that advertises unli rice meals to hungry customers but takes almost an hour to serve them.

Not an ideal place to dine when you're hungry or in a hurry, yet the atmosphere isn't intended for a slow-paced dining experience either. You'd have to wait an hour in a busy and crowded resto, on a small chair and a tiny table, with little room in between.

And when they finally realize they skipped your order, they don't give a damn of your long waiting time, not even a complementary drink or a simple apology. Worst experience ever on a fastfood restaurant.

PS: I don't recommend sizzling liempo. It's 75% fat, and not sizzling at all. Togue was...

I love eating at Mang Inasal but one time eating here with my grandmother was a horrible experience. Our table and seats were insanely dirty (almost every table was dirty) and when the staff was there to clean it she just wiped everything with a single cloth using only one side of it. After she left, the table still smelled so bad so I called her again to clean it a little bit more. The utensils looked dirty and one of the spoons, I believe wasn't even cleaned properly (because there was some kind of grit on it). An unforgettable experience but we just laughed...
