McDonald's Roosevelt Sumulong — Restaurant in Cainta

I had a great experience at this McDonald's location! From the moment I walked in, the crew was welcoming, friendly, and very efficient. My order was taken quickly, the food came out hot and fresh, and the restaurant was clean and well-organized.

What really stood out was the teamwork and professionalism of the staff. You could tell the crew worked well together, and the energy in the restaurant was positive and upbeat. The managers were visible and actively involved checking on customers, helping out when needed, and making sure everything ran smoothly. Their leadership clearly sets the tone for a well run store.

ordered drive thru, not that busy since it was breakfast but we waited more than 5 min for our order of pancake, big breakfast, mc muffin with egg and longannisa meal. when we got to the window to get our order nobody was there they were all walking around but you can see there were only 4 customers at the counter. to make matters worse, when we got our order good thing i checked each and every order. the mc muffin with egg only had egg inside the bun. when i returned it they didn't even apologize and just handed it back to me. reading comments here, it seems it is a regular occurence in this branch. never going back here again.

The crew called me when the order was already confirmed and ask if I can wait as there is no available rider and I advised that since it will take too long to have the order delivered I ask if I can cancel the order and the crew advised that I can still cancel the order and she will have the manager informed to cancel the order but upon checking on the application there is no cancel order option available in the order. Tried reaching out to the person who called me but No one answers the call and not even a reply on my text. If this orders goes through I would like to escalate as the one who needed the order already bought a food. I was informed that 48hrs is the waiting time for it to be refunded but it has...
