their inventory system needs improvement. went there to get breakfast thru their "drive-thru". they ran out of the plastic cover for their coffee. if you're driving, how can you drink your coffee without that plastic black cover? do they expect me to use a straw for my hot coffee? Update: Came back March 25, 2023. Still poor inventory system. We plan to have breakfast and guess what? This time hindi lang plastic cover ang wala. Pati coffee and hot choco wala. Nasa menu mo breakfast pero di mo na check na wala na kayong inventory ng coffee?

Update: May 2025.... Been coming here these past few days for breakfast and there is one thing I noticed... Not sure if this is a policy of Jollibee across all their stores, but here, seniors get extra service. Pang "senyorito" service. They give you a number and your food gets served at your table. Non-senior customers gets a round device which lights up when your order is ready and you pick up your food at the counter. Kudos to Jollibee - Gil...

I recently visited Jollibee Gil Fernando and was impressed with the quick service at the drive-thru. Despite one of the ordering machines being broken, the staff was able to think outside the box and speed up the queue.

The staff was friendly and accommodating, and they worked efficiently to keep the line moving. Even with a long line, I didn't have to wait too long to place my order. The drive-thru was well-organized, with clear signage and plenty of space to navigate.

I was also impressed with the cleanliness of the restaurant and the attention to detail in preparing my food. My order was accurate and delicious, and the portions were generous.

My boyfriend was admitted in Amang Rodriquez Hospital for his Gallbladder removal. After operation he’s not allowed to eat within 24 hrs. Next day he called and asked me to help him order Jollibee for his first meal after operation. Its so cute he took photo and show to me this cute keep safe note attached to Jollibee paper bag ❤️❤️❤️❤️ . Kudos Jollibee Gil Fernando Branch for this ❤️ . We’re both LDR as Im working in SG. And the only thing I can help him while staying in hospital is to order food for him.
