We've dined here several times, and the quality consistently impresses, especially considering the affordable prices. This time, we tried their clubhouse sandwich, which is packed with goodness. The nachos are a standout, with the perfect blend of savory, sweet, and salty flavors, plus a hint of spice that makes them irresistible. Their pasta amatriciana, while made with bacon instead of guanciale, is still fantastic and spot on. The pasta Bolognese is rich with flavor and juicy meat, and both pastas have the perfect texture.

The ambiance blends old-school charm with modern diner vibes, and the staff is incredibly responsive. Though the lines can be long, it’s clear that the food and atmosphere are worth the wait. Just a heads up, parking can be tricky, and don't get confused by the location—it's behind the SDS Hospital.

Qizia Cafe does not disappoint! This local gem in Marikina consistently delivers delicious comfort food, making it a true Marikina resident staple. The crispy pork belly, a true standout, boasts perfectly rendered fat and crackling skin, served alongside fluffy rice and a rich gravy that complements it beautifully. It's a very enjoyable dish. Their garlic butterfly prawns are equally impressive, fresh and succulent, topped with a vibrant salsa of diced mangoes, onions, and tomatoes – a refreshing burst of flavor that cuts through the richness. And for dessert, don't miss their Walnut Mango dessert. Layers of crisp meringue, rich buttercream, crunchy nuts, and sweet mango slices create a heavenly symphony of textures and tastes. Qizia Cafe provides a cozy and inviting atmosphere, making it the perfect spot for a satisfying meal with...

this is a local favorite. i only had coffee and desserts but the resto serves a variety of meals. i tasted blueberry cheesecake, oreo cheesecake, and brazo de mercedes. all good but nothing exceptional. the coffee was so so. oreo cheesecake pairs well with coffee. and brazo with tea. the prices are comparable to those of mid to high range coffee shops so it is reasonable to expect more.

place is pretty crowded and packed and service is slow ( not the fault of the staff, they seem to be undermanned given the high volume of customers). there's also a waiting line for customers to be seated, so i would assume they would have good food. place needs better lighting and lay out, perhaps redesign.

the resto is located right beside a hospital so it must be convenient for...

Glad to be back here after the renovation--I'm told it completed just a couple of weeks back. Whereas it was country-diner cozy before, now it's crazy-gorgeous cozy. Love the lighting, jazz/slow/pop music through top-notch audio system, and over-all feel. I think the main idea was to increase the indoor seating capacity using mostly the same space; but it did feel crowded albeit less than half full today (a Saturday, around 8am). Outdoor seating looks the same, and they've added an enclosed smoking area where the mini-garden leading to the old entrance used to be. The food is also the same--scrumptously fantastic as ever!
