Ramen Tonkotsu The Ramen Tonkotsu is a great value for the price. The noodles are perfectly cooked, and the broth is rich and flavorful. For those who enjoy a bit of heat, I highly recommend adding the spicy pork for an extra kick. The egg was cooked to perfection as well. Overall, this dish is excellent for what you pay.
Aburi I’m a fan of maki with mango, so I was slightly disappointed that it wasn’t in season. However, I appreciated the effort in flavor. The sauce—likely tonkatsu—was a delightful addition. To enhance the dish further, I suggest incorporating a touch of Japanese vinegar and a sprinkle of sesame oil in the rice for that extra flavor profile.
Gyoza The Gyoza was satisfying, with a generous meaty filling and a good size. To elevate the dish, I would recommend adding some ginger, onion leeks, or greens for a fresh contrast.
Coffee The coffee was fantastic, freshly ground and brewed to perfection. If you have a sweet tooth, definitely try their red label coffee—it’s a treat!
Ambiance The ambiance is minimalistic, which I found to be fair enough for a bistro setting. However, I do hope they consider providing Wi-Fi, as the internet signal was a bit low during my visit.
Service = Kudos to the team! 💖✨

Read moreEasily became one of my fave ramen places. The photos don't even do justice to the ramen's taste. If you're looking for great ramen below 300 pesos, try them. 💪 It's rare to find good ramen places in Cainta/Taytay, you have to go to Manila to have a good one. So I'm happy we've found this place. 😉 Will definitely go back! Broth and chashu are superb for its price!
The place is just a bit hidden, and the road leading to it is dark at night especially when walking, but I think the area is safe. ☺️
