Parking: There a car in front of us entered the parking. The driver of the car talked to the Grab Food rider why he parked his motorcycle at the PWD slot. We also talked to the rider why he parked his motorcycle at the PWD slot. He mention that the guard told him to park there.

While making our order we where confronted by the rider. He ask ask why we questioning his parking. We told him that car in front of us are seniors and not able to park due to motorcycle being there. We also mention that we have a pwd and senior with us. They have designated parking for motorcycles.

We're about to leave I called the attention of the manager and told our concern. That they should be strict with the riders regarding parking. He told us he will mention to their guard. I told him that the rider said your guard is the one told him its ok to park at that slot.

They are open 24 hours already but no drive thru after 12. What the use of the drivethru if cars can't order...

Went to the drive-thru and ordered our meals. The staff said we had to wait 10mins for the Tuna Pie Trio. We waited at the parking lot, as advised by the drive-thru staff. 20 mins have passed and no one is bringing our order. We waited until 30mins, a staff brought us the order. When we check the inside, it's not our order and there's no Tuna Pie Trio included. I ask my niece, who's very hungry already, to go inside and tell the staff that they gave us the wrong order. They made us wait another 10mins, as they were checking the wrong order they have probably given to another customer. And another 30mins for preparing the correct order. Jollibee is already part of Filipino lives, no question about it. This particular branch has undergone renovation for a better one to accommodate more customers. Though parking is not enough to all, you can park at your own risk around the vicinity or if there is a free space at Primark just across the street you may do so. One innovation for Jollibee not just only on this branch is that they have already a kiosk wherein you can place your order by yourself, awesome.
