I was very disappointed with my recent visit. My order was entered incorrectly. Iâm not sure if it was a system error or the cashierâs mistake. She did repeat the order back to me correctly before payment, but it still came out wrong. Because of this, when I checked the claiming area, I couldnât recognize my order by the tray alone as it didnât match what I was expecting.
While I was still waiting, several customers who ordered after me were already eating. One crew member kept walking around shouting âSamuelâ while holding a tray of food. She was shouting so much right over the tray that it was unhygienic, her spit could have gone into the food. On top of that, the drinks had spilled in the tray because of careless handling. After checking for the third time, I discovered that this tray was actually mine but the receipt clearly said Sir Mark, not Samuel. The staff just said they tried to serve it but no one claimed.
To make things worse, the same staff later cleared our table while we were still resting. She took the tray with the finished plates but also collected my drink, which was still more than half full. Worse, she held it right at the mouth of the cup, making it impossible to take back. She didnât even ask if we were done before taking it.

Despite the coordinator requesting leg or thigh pieces of chicken ahead of time, all we were served were breast and wing parts. When we asked to exchange even just one leg piece for a baby, we were told it wasnât available. This was frustrating, especially considering the request had been made well in advance.
To make matters worse, we were given Coke when our contract specifically stated pineapple juice should be served. It felt like they didnât make any effort to meet the agreed-upon details.
Additionally, the cleanliness was lacking. The floors were dirty, and someone had spilled ice cream from the previous party. It wasnât cleaned up promptly, which made the place feel unkempt.

3 separate occasions where we dined in. First instance there was a 20 min delay for just a one piece chicken meal. Second instance, the got the order wrong. Third, it was both delayed and wrong.
Now today, since I donât want to experience their poor customer service, I decided to order via drive thru. The first window where youâre suppose to pay is closed. The cashier said to pay at the claim window. So thereâs a delay in that window since the payment is received there and at the same time they will process your order.
When it was my turn after 10 minutes, I only ordered 3 burgers. Cashier told me to wait at the front since they will still make the food. 3 customers 2-3 customers went by and no one went to me give my order. I had to go inside just to get the 3 burgers. Itâs not even hot, so it doesnât there was a delay due to making it.
