I frequent this place when I am too tired to go home or I just want to be alone for a bit.

Room rates start at 400 which is the short time. They have 7 hours, 10 hours and 12 hours rate.

I always get the 10 hour deluxe rooms and sometimes I extend it another 20 hours more. The reason I always get the deluxe rooms is that they have 2 doors. That means there is an anteroom before the actual door so I have added security. Plus I don't feel at ease when I am staying in a hotel without an anteroom.

I had problems with this hotel before which I also complained to the manager. There is a videoke downstairs and since they usually give the 2nd floor rooms, the noise from the videoke seeps into the room floors and walls.

If there is something I would say the reason I stay here, that is they serve the best Batchoy in Metro Manila. I have tried batchoy from other restaurants, but this hotel creates the almost same batchoy I grew up in, I am from Iloilo. I never check in without ordering it. Glad that they changed the menu because before they put batchoy as a staple food from Bacolod and that's not correct.

Wish they can do something about the. Very Noisy/ Loud/Disturbing Videoke Bar beside their building or not to build their hotel beside an existing bar or anything that may cause noise. Checked in for the sole purpose to take a board exam at the MCU School. The level of anxiety & stress the karaoke noise gave to all the exmaminees checked in on that sogo branch.
