Mang Inasal - Rizal Ave 11th Ave — Restaurant in Caloocan

Mang Inasal has this promo this May 2023 where we got three SM1 for the price of only two. Me and my companion ordered hita, liempo, regular coke and halo-halo for dessert.

Generally no issues with the food except that our halo-halo was served way early - we informed the counter to have the service crew hold off serving the dessert until requested for it to be served but was served to us when we were just starting with our dinner.

There were a lot of customers during that evening but the second floor of the resto was closed to customers. Airconditioning was not functioning properly as a number of units seemed non-operational.

Always enjoy the flavours of MI chicken. However, they now cook the meat in advance to avoid service delays so the meal served is not even warm. The rice quality this week is not good. To compensate, it would be better if the rice was served from the rice keeper instead of being bunched with the chicken. The rice from the keepers is always warm since some people like my generation don't take unlimited servings these days. Still good value. I'd give 5 stars if they would...

Well, obviously the one in the counter is multi-tasking: chatting on the phone (probably taking orders online) while taking my order. She didn't hear my order (Petso) and puched Paa instead.

Other crew are inattentive as well.

Next time, let other member of your crew take online order. If that crew is actually chatting while on work, do reprimand her.
