Jollibee Governor's Drive Carmona — Restaurant in Carmona

The only jolibee branch that have very poor service on order. Imagine 2 of reviews here same problem with me. I live nearby on this jolibee branch and go drive thru and din and takeout every day. They always forget to put ketchup, gravy, drinks or even my additional order order of steak sauce w/c is i paid. This thing happens everyday and in every order when i do takeout and drive thru. Imagine walang ketchup ang fries mo or walang gravy ung fried chicken mo pg dating sa bahay mapapamura k nlng talaga.

Kung sino man ang owner ng branch nato please train your service crew again. you should put the ketchup in the counter para d nila malimutan or nag costing kayo sa ketchup at plastic spoon and fork laging wala sa takeout e alangan balikan pa para lang dun.

Sa mga kakain dito always check your order kawawa nag mamadali. check nyo kung may plastic utensils, ketchup, gravy, drinks and your extra gravy or steak sauce kundi ma dismaya lang kayo kasi wala sa paper bag...

Right at the intersection, the perfect spot the get customers. They should have capitalized on that aspect, but the service is just isn't there. No, i'm not expecting fine dining level of service, just for what it worth. I mean it, i spent a grand in a fast food, i slapped them the 1 grand for them to give me a gravy. What Jollibee wouldn't give their customers free gravy?! edit after a year. Dropped by for a drive thru and this branch has only gotten worse. Look, we all want to help the needy especially kids on the street. A ready, fast and reliable fast food restaurants along my way. They never fail to put a pinch of customer service touch. Whenever I need to fill my pancake breakfast cravings, that my preferred drive through. Only there's this incident that they don't have the coffee cups and gave me a coffee in a Sunday cup. Since I'm driving while eating breakfast which I used to do, the coffee slipped my hand and splattered all over 😂 ha-ha.
