McDonald's Carmona — Restaurant in Carmona

Nag Inquire about kiddie crew promo and sad to say na di na daw sila Ng accept as they have shortage of packages for the kids when we go to the branch. Tumawag muna ako sa customer service prior visiting the branch. Crew is not accommodating naka tatlong crew ako na pinagtanungan kada Isa Ngantay Ako Ng around 10 mins prior addressing my inquiry. Pasta is overcooked and luma tissues is like 1pc. The computerized order system is sira kaya 2 repeat order kmi thus we seek assistance to the crew, and directed us to the counter for another repeat order, we understand the technical issues but the service provided is not...I would love my kids to experience and enjoy Mc Donald's kiddie promotional not only the foods. It's kinda disappointing so hoping Carmona Branch would improve and this promotion can be more accessible and should be more proactive so things like this won't happen since this is anticipated, I am not sure if this will be address accordingly but hoping they could to improved customer...

On June 25, 2025, we ordered a bucket of chicken (8 pieces) via the drive-thru. However, upon arriving home in Biñan, we discovered that the bucket only contained 6 pieces. We had to return to the store to report the issue, and while the staff did apologize and provided the missing 2 pieces, it was a major inconvenience, especially since we were already hungry and had to travel back just to rectify the error.

Additionally, I was disappointed with the quality of the chicken. It was not cooked to my preference — the coating was undercooked and did not have the usual crispiness. For these reasons, I am giving a 1-star rating. I hope the store improves its service accuracy and food preparation...

Always incomplete, one time we drove thru so we can save time, but the order was incomplete, ordered 8pc chicken but by the time we came home it was only 6pc, we checked the reciept and indeed we paid for our initial order of 8pc. This was not the 1st time, but n# of times when we order to go or drive through. Pls check your orders before going so you can make sure your money isnt wasted. Im not coming back again, waste of time going back and forth, sometimes you’ll think that this is their modus operandi knowing most people are not...
