This is the worst branch of Bo’s Coffee I have ever visited, and I had one of the worst coffee experiences of my life. Unlike other branches, they don’t have decaf coffee or even mugs; they only serve drinks in paper cups, which I already dislike, but I decided to give them a chance. I brought my own decaf beans from another Bo’s Coffee branch and asked them to make a coffee using those. Since it’s the same chain, this should not have been a problem, but they struggled and made a terrible drink. When I asked for a latte, I noticed there was no latte art. Their so-called barista master said, “Oh, I forgot you wanted latte art, sorry.” When I asked him to make it properly, he made excuses. I insisted; after all, why should I pay 180 pesos just for coffee with milk when I can make that at home? Then he added hot water, diluted my coffee, and ruined the taste, yet still couldn’t make any latte art. In the picture, you can see the garbage he delivered. Then the “barista master” admitted that he was inexperienced. The drink looked bad, tasted bad, and the whole experience was terrible. I strongly advise against visiting this branch of Bo’s Coffee.

I always ordered a white cold brew, but lately the taste completely change it’s more n coffee and watery no more creamy or milky taste. I always asks 20% of sweetness. The women in the counter every time she’s the one making coffee really sucks! She’s not friendly her customer service really bad.

I recently visited Bo's Coffee, and I must say, it was an absolute delight. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The space is cozy, with a relaxing vibe that makes it perfect for both work or leisure. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating—every team member greeted me with a smile and took the time to ensure I had everything I needed.

The quality of both the food and drinks was top-notch. I tried their signature coffee, and it was rich, flavorful, and brewed to perfection. Paired with a delicious pastry, it was the ideal combination for a morning pick-me-up. You can tell they use high-quality ingredients, and everything is made with care.

Thank you Bo's Coffee...

Thank you for the wonderful and satisfying coffee experience, I've been here for a couple of days while staying here in Cebu. Staff are so friendly that you don't need to doubt or be ashamed to ask something from them; they always accommodate you. Service was so great; it was the first time to experience service like that, so friendly. Thank you, and I'm hoping to see the same staff...
