IT WAS THE WORST SERVICE EVER.!!! My son told me that he wanted to eat burger and fries so I decided to grab a take away food at this branch. When I came to the restaurant they were pretty much busy but only the cashiers were available. I had to wait for 20 minutes in the line. And when it's my turn I ordered 2 Y2's with sprite for the drink and an additional extra large fries. Everything was done except for the fries and the cashier told me that the fries are to be followed in 7 minutes so I waited because I was expecting it to be out in 7 minutes. There was no seating area for customers who ordered take aways so I stand at the side where the ketchup dispenser was in place. There were two dining persons chatting at the dustbin area and customers needs to stand up and told them that their sprite tasted weird so immediately checked mine as I also ordered sprite but fortunately mine were ok. One of the dining person even bumped me at my shoulder and just totally ignored me not even a sorry was said. Nobody offered me a seat while waiting so I just asked a couple who were sitting at the table in front of the counter that if I could share the chair with them. 20 minutes after my pending fries was not delivered still so I asked the couple if they are regular customer and they said yes then I asked them if it is usual that pending food was always that late they said no. Then I asked one of the female staff who was passing by at my table that how long for the fries to be cooked and she said 10 minutes. After 30 minutes of waiting I stood up and went back to the cashier. Told her that I want to return the food because the fries were not delivered to me. She said that there were no more pending order maybe the dining person made a mistake. I asked for the manager on duty and they were not prompt about my request. There were 3 managers and nobody seems to know what is happening in their restaurant. The I saw the lady manager telling her male colleague to talk to me then Mr. Gab approached me. I shook his hand and introduced myself. Told him what happened. He asked me if I wanted a refund or I wanted the food to be changed. I just told him to give my money back which he did. But I did not like the way they handled the situation. They just let an irate customer go unhappy. They should focus on their customers first. They should train their people. I just came back from Dubai after 5 years and I am a loyal patron until today. I am even planning to celebrate my sons 8th birthday at Jollibee but that's changed already because of this terrible experience. Read moreI recently visited a restaurant that offers a great burger steak and delicious ice cream. However, I was disappointed by the fact that the restaurant had a self-service policy. I had no real choice but to eat alone, as the self-service format was not ideal for a social dining experience.
The burger steak was fantastic - juicy and flavorful - and the ice cream was also very good. Unfortunately, having to go up to the counter to order food and then waiting for it to arrive made dining there a bit unenjoyable. It wasn't a particularly pleasant experience alone, as I felt like I had no choice but to settle in for what felt like a very long wait.
In the future, I'd look for other places where I can get these great dishes without having to go through the self-service process. While it's good for quick take-out, it's not conducive to a nice...
