Bo's Coffee Tops — Restaurant in Cebu City

I had excellent customer service; all staff were equally good, but Miss Geraldine's customer service was extremely good. She's accommodating; she managed the situation very well. Her superlative service is highly commendable. She's a great value to the company of Bo's Coffee, and I personally believe she deserves proper recognition and, if possible, an increment and a transition of position. Sadly, there's one staff member, I believe a trainee supervisor, accommodating a customer not lining up in the queue. I hope you correct it and do better for good. Giving 5 stars because of the staff. They made the wait bearable and enjoyable. Currently only has selected coffees and biscotti. Al Fresco area for people watching.

We always love their coffee and that rich, decadent chocolate cake—same quality as the other branches.
