Cafe Talk — Restaurant in Cebu City

Really surprised it was my first time here on Feb 22, I thought the place was just the usual coffee shop, planned to drop by here to do online work.

From the outside, you would not tell, but once inside, you’ll be greeted with this Paris-like ambience, you will immediately be drawn to the micro apartments.

Love the idea that they have diversified the compartments, there are ones where you can take a nap, enjoy movie time with friends, then there is also a place where you dine in, they are pretty small though and you better be cautious as there is little headroom.

Should you plan to work, you may want to choose those compartments near the entrance door as the table there are more apt for computer works. There are other table though that is only for eating, the surface is not flat, so you may find it hard to use the surface with your laptop mouse.

There are also loft spaces, perfect when you want to take a nap, read a book.

The place is quiet, the spaces are tiny, but I am not complaining as I am not really claustrophobic.

On the left side, from the entrance door, there’s a counter where you can order. Food is decently priced and tastes just good, I had green tea latte and salad and clubhouse.

The restroom though is a shared one (only one restroom for male and female). It is accessible with wheelchair. They have wifi, but you’re warned not too use it to download large files like movies. Speaking of which, you can rent movies, and you can watch inside one of those...

I really like the view and how aesthetic it is here in cafetalk banilad. I was really happy that i found this area. The service was really good also. You can stay there anytime and the most exciting is that we can also take a nap especially if you are a student, despite of having lots of homework and you needed to study, this place is a good idea. I really love it here. I started to come in here since i found out about this. It is very suitable to stay especially when you don't have enough time to sleep at home. The foods are also greaaatttt. I love it so muchhh. I am saving money so that i can buy that waffle thing, that is my favorite hehe. I will come back when I have my vacant in my schedule hehe. I want to have a part time here in cafetalk because i really love this area. I'm sure and I can assure you that i will work very hard. I also like the lady boss, she's pretty and cute. I'm happy i get to talk to her hehe. She's my inspiration why i have a courage to have a business like her. As soon as i graduate and become a registered nurse in the future i will also build a business like this. See you again cafetalk and miss lady...

Food is not worth the price. I'm not a good cook but I can honestly cook better than they did :( It's understandable that they're doing that to compensate for the semi-private rooms they're providing but the place is too noisy. The other customers talking can be tolerated but with their music plus the occasional buzzing of their blender, it's just not a good place to stay when you're looking to relax, work, or study. Their ventilation is also a bit poor; they just have exhaust fans that hardly cools you while inside a booth. Their CR is clean but with only one, there's a queue and if you're alone, you have to time it right or risk your belongings getting stolen. And their wi-fi? Disconnects every few...
