Mivela Garden Residences — Local services in Cebu City

Amenities aren't available yet. There's no "lobby", construction is still ongoing so it might be noisy, rooms are new so still smells like new paint or smth, it's really hot in the area, and most importantly there's little to no phone signal. According to be guard, there's no signal tower (???) or something. Just make sure the room you're renting has wifi cuz walang signal pag nasa labas kana ng unit.

Super strict yung entry at the main gate, so if you're visiting someone or renting a unit and it's your first time going there, make sure you're in the logbook cuz there's no shaded resting area where...
