A complete disaster of a condo, i feel terrible for investors and people having to suffer through an incompetent construction project. Materials are the cheapest quality and quality/finish work has been completely neglected. The current habitable areas are already falling apart and have not been maintained. Currently only 2 elevators are available of the 6 to service the units. Stairwell is very dangerous, unprotected electrical wire, communication wire is hanging between the stairwell, the unfinished concrete is uneven and construction equipment is left obstructing the path. Tile work is shoddy, grout lines are missing and pieces have already been falling off in the lobby. The was a leak in the hallway and for the entire month a bucket was being used to collect the water rather than repair the damaged pipe in the walkway. Many of the fire sprinklers have painters tape that has never been removed rendering them ineffective in the event of a fire AND the paint covers for the smoke/carbon alarms have not been removed either! Leaving detection of any for useless or limited. Some floors are missing identifying plaques too, this makes it real fun figuring out where you are if it get out on the wrong floor. Electric room door has no lock and isn't labeled as such, which makes it confusing and dangerous when trying to find the trash room which is also unlabeled. DO NOT STAY HERE. We booked a stay here for a 3D2N staycation via Airbnb. The host was confident that the condo is pet-friendly and confirmed it with us multiple times. However, upon check-in, they denied our dogs entry because of two things: 1) their size and 2) the fact they bark - yes, they BARK because they are DOGS. It was such a hassle, knowing that we came from afar and were just looking for a convenient place in the city for a quick staycation.

We asked to talk to a manager and confirm because the staff at the lobby were VERY USELESS and not accommodating at all. They gave us different reasons such as medium-large breeds are not allowed, or they really don't allow dogs but will consider small breeds, or they don't want noise, might disturb other guests, and more vague reasons. The worst thing is that the manager DID NOT even face us. We talked to the host and the management but they were not in alignment with one another at all - waste of TIME, resources, and most of all caused so much stress to our fur babies. Mind you, it was raining back then and we had to turn back home because they really would not allow our dogs. We concluded that they are not truly pet-friendly at all and discriminate pets via their size (and i have no doubt breed as well). Please save your time and money and avoid this place...

easy checked-in the airbnb and the unit looked exactly like in the photos. they have all the amenities that we needed for this 4 days 3 nights stay. everything in the room were relatively new, from the kitchen to the room and to the toilet. my essential of this trip is iron and when we came and search for the iron, there wasnt any iron so i told the owner, Joseph.

the airbnb was really convenient and near to IT Park and walking distance to Ayala Malls Central Bloc.

i would like to thank Joseph for the professionalism and appreciate the fast replies. he was really responsive and fast to help and we were able to get the iron. Joseph was really helpful and most importantly, understanding.

On one of the days about 2am, the bidet pressure was strong and turned on by itself which causes it to break. i was shocked and immediately text Joseph. grateful for his fast reply, he asked whether im okay, everything goes smoothly and send for a replacement at our convenience as we were busy the day with our plans.
